Even in the first days of cars and trucks, my dad's family used wagons to get around in up into the 1930's. Eliza Beaty Murdock was my father's grandmother who was married to Isaac Newton Murdock. My dad delivered eggs in such a wagon to the grocery store to trade. One time he wrecked some eggs and substituted eagle eggs.
